Williamsburg Premium Outlets (formerly Prime Outlets-Williamsburg) is a 455,000 SF (GLA) open-air outlet complex located on Route 60, just north of the restored area of Colonial Williamsburg and The College of William & Mary.

The latest addition to the center is a 115,000 SF expansion providing space for 30 new tenants as well as a new Food Court.  The project was awarded a LEED "Green Building" certification for materials use, storm water management practices, and the implementation of pervious paving in the parking lots.
