Puerto Rico Premium Outlets (formerly Prime Outlets-Puerto Rico) is a 333,330 SF (GLA) outlet center located on Interstate PR-22 about 35 miles west of downtown San Juan in the pharmaceutical industry hub of Barceloneta.

The 160,000 SF Phase II expansion augments the original Phase I project . Both phases were inspired by the vibrant colors and rich details of the architecture of Old San Juan.
