Grand Prairie Premium Outlets is a 417,000 SF open-air outlet center located at the intersection of Interstate 20 and State Highway 360, just 7 miles from Globe Life Park (the home of the Texas Rangers) and AT&T Stadium (the home of the Dallas Cowboys) in Arlington, TX. 

The design of Grand Prairie Premium Outlets was inspired by the simple and timeless vernacular architecture of the Texas Hill Country.

Thomas K. Bauley was involved in the Site Planning, Concept Design, and Schematic Design phases of the project as well as the entitlement process while serving as Director of Design at Prime Retail.
