San Francisco Premium Outlets (formerly Livermore Premium Outlets) is a 512,000 SF (GLA) open-air outlet center located in the East Bay community of Livermore, California.

The architecture of San Francisco Premium Outlets was inspired by the many wineries in the Livermore Valley as well as the arts and crafts building tradition of the region.

Thomas K. Bauley was involved in the Site Planning, Concept Design and Schematic Design phases of the project as well as the entitlement process while serving as Director of Design at Prime Retail.
