The Outlets of Mississippi is a 300,000 SF open-air outlet shopping center located in Jackson, Mississippi. It is part of a larger mixed-use retail/entertainment district, which also features Trustmark Park (Home to the Mississippi Braves), Bass Pro Shops, Sam's Club, and a Holiday Inn.

Inspiration for the design came from numerous classical revival buildings in downtown Jackson, most notably the State Capitol, the Governor's Mansion, and the Old Capitol Museum.

The project is the home to over 80 upscale outlet tenants.
